When we decided to switch shredding companies, our old company didn't give us any warning that they were coming to pick up their bins - despite the fact that I had specifically asked them to. I made a call to Titan and they made a special trip on the same day to deliver our new bins. This was above and beyond and really, really appreciated. Our service ever since has been perfect. They come on schedule and are always polite and friendly. Very glad we switched.
