This was my first time using Maryland Carpet Repair and Cleaning. My puppy put two holes in the carpet on my stairs and I was freaking out, so I looked up carpet repairs on the internet and found these guys. I reserved an appointment and put a deposit down, and they came out within the week. They came in and were on time, and I was informed of everything so I knew what status was the whole time, and they were very quiet. I looked at the repair after and in less than an hour it looked like there had never even been any holes, you could not tell puppy had damaged stairs. I was very happy. Their prices seemed reasonable to me, it was higher than some other local places but so much cheaper than replacing the carpet, and the repair was perfect. I'm going to have them come out and do the cleaning too after my dog goes through her whole teething and potty-training phase.
