Maryland Carpet Repair were very timely, very courteous, and really took their time to explain to me the best solutions to my problem. They were very methodical in that sense. I had two very different options, and they were very thorough with explaining about the two. They talked to me about one process over another, which one was more recommended, things like that. This was my first time using them, and I would use them again if I had too. In the end, everything turned out wonderful.
