This was my first time using Maryland Carpet Repair and Cleaning, I think I found them from a quick google search. I emailed them to ask for a quote, got contacted the next day, sent them a photo of the carpet damage, and received a quote. The estimate was fair and they were able to come fix my carpet a couple of days later. My cats had scratched holes into the carpeting on 3 stairs. The two guys that came were professional and quick. The finished work looks great! The whole experience was seamless and I highly recommend them.
