The technicians were delayed in coming but called to explain why and assured us they could complete the job in a timely fashion , which they did. They were hard working, efficient and polite, even though they had a very long day and had to deal with a skittish cat and a nervous owner who worried that the cat might escape outside. The cat was fine and can now take some of her naps on a nice clean carpet.
