Nautilus Plumbing repiped a piece of sewer line for us. There was a minor setback with scheduling them, but their results were good. The plumbers knew exactly what they were doing, and didn't waste any time sitting around scratching their heads. They had all the tools to do the job, and after they arrived, they finished the service in a little under three hours.

My only criticism dealt with the scheduling. I should have been the first job of the day at 8:30 in the morning. What happened was, they called to tell me they were running a bit late with an earlier service, and would have to come in at 11. Around 11:30 they tried to reschedule for the next day, but I couldn't do that, because I had a handyman already scheduled to patch the drywall after the pipe replacement. Anyway, if I wasn't retired, or had prior engagements, it would have been more of an issue. But, they got the job done, and I would hire them again.
