They came out and saw the potential installation, in other words, they looked at the job before they did it so that way there were not any surprises. The installers were excellent. I reviewed their carpet installation a few days after they left, and it looked excellent. They were very polite. They actually helped moved some stuff back into the room. The carpet was installed in a yurt, a type of permanent round tent at a farm. I advise you to definitely consider using Harry's Carpets.
