I found it very easy to use Harry's Carpets. It was my first time using their company. His wife is his assistant and she was very helpful in selecting samples for me to choose the carpet. They are very pleasant people. We had a great installer. They were very respectful. I was very worried about seeing seams, but you could not see any once they finished. We loved it. They made the project very easy--like a breeze!
