This was the first time I used Harry's Carpets. I ordered products through them, but no installation. They were very good! I tried to find a product that was on the East Coast. They called me the next day and were able order it for me on the West Coast. I was very surprised as for the first time I spoke to Harry I caught him with his family at brunch. I interrupted him, but he called me back the next morning. He was very nice.
