I was VERY impressed with their pleasant manner, selection of carpets, their customer service, the willingness in obtaining additional sample carpets and in their excellent installation of my wall to wall carpet.

It was obvious they cared about their workmanship. The pattern was aligned correctly in all three connecting rooms. I had a couple of large china cabinets which they moved them out of the room and replaced when they finished.

It was also nice that a person answers the phone vs. an automated voice telling you to press a button. They answered all my questions and really cared about my particular requests.

I have recommended them to my friends and certainly plan to use their services for my next carpeting and/or other flooring needs.
