No one was home during their visit, so they followed through and messaged me when they were on their way, and once they got here and started working, sent me photos of the before and after. Even after they finished, they reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the work they provided. Overall it was a really good experience, and if I ever find myself with damaged carpet again, I will contact Inland Empire.
