Not at all happy
This company showed up and charged $100 over the quote!!! Then they ruined my oriental rug. It was streaked when they finished. I sent pics and complaned, so They came back to take the rug to their shop, and I have not heard back since. perhaps they have taken it to a professional to have it cleaned??
