This was my first time using Inland Empire Carpet Repair. I had my new carpeting installed about two years ago by another company, and it all looked fine when it was first installed. Eventually, however, it buckled up and needed stretching because I didn't look right anymore. I called the company that had initially installed it, but they would not come out and fix it for me. So, I called Inland Empire Carpet Repair, and I had them do the job for me. I think the guy who came out was named Robby. He worked hard and spent a long time - pretty much the whole day - and he did a good job to get it all stretched back out for me. I have no complaints right now at all about how it looks because it really looks good again.

The guy in the front office, Ryan, was very good, and he did a good job communicating with me. They did have to change the job to a different day than when I thought they were coming because I guess the project the had before mine took longer than they had anticipated. I was not really excited that I had to wait a few more days because I had planned for them to come on a certain day. I also thought the price was a little high, but I did not shop around, and I have never had this type of project done before so I do not really have anything to compare it to.
