This was the first time we used Inland Empire Carpet Repair. We had had new tile put in, and after it was all installed, we realized that the tile was higher than the carpet. So, every time we went from the bedroom to the bathroom, we were stepping up onto the tile. I researched the best way to fix it, and I found a few options, but most of them included having some kind of material on top of the carpet and tile across the threshold. It seemed a more professional way to do it, and I hired them for the job. It turned out great. There is no more stepping up onto the bathroom floor, and there is no bump to step on across the threshold, either. They really did a very good job. They showed up on time and had us all fixed up in a timely, efficient manner.
