My granddaughter's cat had damaged the carpet in one of our rooms. The technician who came out worked together with me to choose the best option. He wound up taking a patch from the carpet in one of the closets. Then he patched the damaged area and it looked so natural that you could not even tell it had been repaired. That is how good it was!
