Extremely unprofessional. This was supposed to be a surprise for my dad, which I explained to the gentleman I scheduled with when we were trying to determine a date and time. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks in advance. I received a reminder call the night before and a text the day of.

Cornelius called me at 3:45, 15 minutes after he was supposed to have arrived at the house. I had already removed all of the furniture from 3 rooms and a hallway that I requested cleaned. I left work early so that I could make sure the home was ready.

I advised him that I had to go back to work at 6 since I left early and asked if he could still get everything done as scheduled. He proceeded to tell me he is 40 minutes away and will not make it but I can leave my keys so he can let himself into my parents' home. My thoughts are why would I let someone, who already isn't doing as promised, into not even my home but someone else's unsupervised. I told him that was not a good idea and asked to reschedule. Cornelius said he is busy until a week later. I told him that would not work and he hung up.

I called him back and he questioned me asking why I would schedule an appointment later in the day if I have to work. He implied that I should have cleared my schedule for the rest of the evening even though I was told verbally they would arrive at 3pm and that it would take 1.5 hours. They sent a text confirmation confirming 3:30-5:30 which was still okay. I asked him why he didn't call when he knew he would be late and he didn't like that. I proceeded to ask him when he can make it and to do as much as he can because I had already moved everything by myself. Cornelius hung up on me mid sentence. I thought this was a mistake because nobody who wants business would be that rude hut he did not answer when I called back.

I will never recommend this company. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not invite someone like that into my home.
