I hired Cornelius to deep clean our hardwood floors after our great dane got sick EVERYWHERE! I called alot of the bigger, more popular companies first that just gave me a general per ‘room’ price over the phone and each of them highly ‘recommended ‘ a number of other services they were certain I needed as well. But no one wanted to look at the floors first, except Cornelius. He came to our house and gave us a ‘per square foot’ price, not per room. He was courteous and honest and did a great job on our floors! He used a waterbased sealer on them and they look like new! Everyone has noticed them when they walk in. He also promptly returned to fix an area that had dried differently and fixed it without question.
We’ll definitely use him again.!
