I have used the services of Cleaner Carpet Concepts on multiple occasions and it has always been a good experience. Most recently they cleaned some rugs as well as some grouting. Grouting can be difficult, but they did a great job. They showed up on time when I called them and went over everything with me during an initial visit. They followed up with a phone call, which I really appreciated. You don't get that kind of customer service very often. The pricing they offered was also very good. We obtained a few other estimates, and some of them were ridiculous. But Cleaner Carpet Concepts was right there. The cleaning crew also did professional, efficient and competent work. Everything came out beautifull and I'm very happy with them.
