This was my first time with Cleaner Carpet Concepts. I found them through a friend but also because I was searching the market for the best pricing. I had moved into a new house and needed the carpets cleaned. The carpets weren't very dirty or soiled, to begin with, but I noticed that after the cleaning the carpets were sparkling clean and felt plush and soft. I also really liked that they use green products to clean, there was no noticeable odor after they cleaned and the worker that came was himself clean and quick. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again once I have some tougher carpet cleaning needs.
