I recently went to Cleaner Carpet Concepts to have the carpeting in my house thoroughly cleaned because it had been years since they had been cleaned, and was mostly satisfied with how the work from them went. The work itself went well, the carpets were cleaned quickly and without any issues, there were a couple areas that had spots that couldn't get cleaned out but I expected that going in. The only issue I had with their services were with scheduling and getting them out to my home, I had to reschedule once when they told me they wouldn't be able to make it out, and the second time I scheduled the work for they showed up late. Other than that small issue the work from Cleaner Carpet Concepts went quite well, I would use them again in the future if needed and I highly recommend their services.
