We had just purchased our home. Cleaner Carpet Concepts came in and cleaned carpets that were there. They were very beneficial and green, so there was not the dampness you would normally have after a carpet cleaning. Because we had just moved in, we couldn't clean the carpets ahead of time. We were still able to be in the house that night, which I really appreciated.

Cornelius was very courteous. Time-wise, he was a little later. He got caught up on a job wanted to make sure he did it right. But being loyal to each and every customer, even though he was late he did call and let me know and apologized. I liked the fact he called and appreciated his consideration.
