I went to Candy Ford to buy my first car. The salesman was very nice and told us what a great deal I was getting on my Honda Civic and how the service department said it was in great shape and would last me many years. I have had it for 1 year and have already put $1,800 into it. I bought the car in March and by the end of May when I needed the air conditioning it wasn't working and they wouldn't do anything about it. I also have had to replace the brake calipers, fix the alternator (the repair shop said that it was new, it just wasn't installed properly and because of that my motherboard computer system needed to be replaced for $600). My dad was impressed with the staff there as well and was going to go there until I started having all of these problems. Once you're out the door and they made their commission they don't care what happens.
