I work for JCPenney, and this is a local delivery company for our major appliance division in this area. They have done nothing but absolutely mess up the situation for my customer so I have been dealing with this company's errors since 12-11 and was finally resolved on 1-22-18. There is no reason this company did and didn't do things to assist our customer, and in my experience of over a year, this is the worst delivery company we have ever used.
