I was very pleased with Riley's Carpet and Flooring. When I called them up, I didn't have to wait a week for an appointment, they were able to see me in two days.

On the day of the appointment, the gentleman arrived on time, when I was told he would arrive so I wasn't left waiting around with my day all tied up. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He did all the work. He was very accommodating in any way he could be. He treated pet stain areas and told me what I could do to maintain it too. And compared to the two other companies I had called, their price was extremely reasonable.

I will definitely use them again. I realized that this was the second time I had used their services, I had used them a few years before and had been very happy then too.
