Just prior to purchasing our refrigerator through Martin’s, we attempted to do so through a large chain store. The experience was a nightmare. The delivery service went to the wrong address the first day, then when they arrived at our home two days later took a unit off the truck with a huge dent in the door, then on the final attempt the arrived, took the unit off the truck, and then said they could not get it in our house without even trying!
Fresh from this experience, we went to Martin’s. There we met Dean W., who was courteous, professional and very reassuring. We told him the details of our previous experience and he immediately assured us that their delivery service was directly associated with them and they would accommodate our needs. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. When the day of delivery came Duane and Hiram on the delivery team were magnificent. They came in our home and moved our existing fridge to the basement, balanced and restarted it, and replaced all door hardware they had to remove to accommodate. Then they brought in our new beautiful refrigerator, removing the doors to make it through the railway, replacing the doors, positioning and balancing and connecting the water connections assuring they worked. They took their time and made certain everything was perfect before leaving. I will buy all my major appliances through Martin’s Appliances in the future!
