On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Martin Appliance in Ephrata, PA, to look for a new refrigerator and dehumidifier. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost respect and given guidance in selecting appliances. Clair Z. was so knowledgeable about the various products and made this a painless process. To be given an exact delivery time is usually unheard of, but once again, Martin Appliance did just that. Dan and Vincent were right on time and did a fantastic job removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. Their workmanship and professionalism is to be applauded. This store has won me over, never again will I shop at a big box store for appliances!
