Devon was my service technician and he was very professional and dedicated to providing the very best service. He had to call another technician to safely get the dryer down to my basement and he, Alek, and Kelton worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done! They even noticed the vent needed fixed and cleaned and were sure to do that. They even cleaned up after themselves and took my old water heater to be disposed of. Completely impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Absolutely would recommend.
