I just had my over oven microwave replaced. The two technicians, Nevin and Austin, arrived on time. They proceeded right to work and had my old unit out and new unit installed in less than 30 minutes. They were both extremely professional taking great care to make sure there was no damage to my stove or counter tops. After installation they thoroughly cleaned the area, tested the microwave, and then showed me the basic operations. Our house is full of Martin's appliances and with outstanding customer service such as this, I will continue to use them for all of my appliance needs.
