Terry is an excellent tech who was able to fix the problem with my older model cooktop fan. When I inquired about new glass top units that are no longer manufactured, Terry located them for me to purchase independently from Martins on a legitimate internet site.
I found him to be very knowledgable & helpful. He is at the Quarryville store location.
