We were originally placed on a hold for a cancellation. Dylan called me a few days early and told me he could be at my home in 15 minutes. He came totally prepared, booties and plastic protection sheet in hand. He took one look at the dish washer and new exactly what to do. Before he finished he noticed that the door was making a noise when he opened it. He also knew exactly what was making that noise. He had to take the front of the door completely off, make an adjustment to an internal board and then reinstall. A job well done by a well trained mechanic with a friendly smile and a warm welcome and parting handshake. Man our world needs more people like Dylan in it. God bless you and Thanks again! Gary
