Our landlords ordered us a new range oven and stove. Our stove stopped working on December 31st, our landlords came to look at it on January 1st and I received a call from Martin’s Appliance on January 2nd to set up a time to install the new one. The earliest time they could come and install was January 8th. I was a little dissapointed that we would have to go a little over a week without a working range. The lady said that a technician would come sometime in the afternoon on the 8th and that we would receive a call when he was on the way. Rather than in the afternoon like originally expected, I received a call from the technician around 10:30 am, but luckily I was home at the time. Our technician, Nevin H., was very friendly and helpful. The total installation took a little longer than I expected because our old stove had an outdated single wire conection so Nevin H. had to install a receptical for us. When everything was said and done, it was an overall good experience. I applaud this company on their exceptional customer service skills!
