We have purchased our last few appliances from Martin's Appliance. It's refreshing to have the service department KNOW their products, answer questions and give wonderful service and delivery. When repair Is needed they are always helpful and able to service the repair within a day or so. My washer was not working correctly and the water not spinning during the spin cycle. Kelvin came out and immediately knew what the problem was, had the part on his truck and had the washer fixed with in a few minute. I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of service with Martins!
