Our experience at Martin's was top notch from the purchase to delivery and installation. Eric D. was quick to assess our needs and find information on items under consideration. He pointed out features/options that we were in need of knowing and kept us informed throughout the process.

Joe and Jesse were friendly and knowledgeable as well as polite and tidy. They arrived on time. Not enough credit goes to the delivery/install teams. There is so much more than to simply wheel and plug in today's appliances. We were grateful for their expertise and attention to every detail needed to install and overview our purchases. (Not too shabby for OLD men -- inside joke on our delivery day conversations -- LOL.) It was apparent that Martin Appliance treats their employees well as they have happy employees.
