Worked with Bill H. in the showroom to purchase a replacement secondary refrigerator. We did not want or need all the bells and whistles, which is hard to find. Bill worked with us without any sales pressure. Aaron and Karl installed the refrigerator on a snowy morning, and were early after a phone call. Both men were polite and pleasant, cleaning up after the removal and install. Thank you to all 3 individuals.
