We have been buying and using Martins for our appliance purchases and repairs for years and we have never been disappointed.
When we need a repair, we feel like they have been honest if it was worth repairing. And they would, honestly, let us know before we spent a lot of money on parts. They weren't out to sell a new appliance, if not necessary.
(they even told us that the appliance we wanted to buy was going to be on sale the next week!)
The delivery men/ repair men were always very courteous and thorough.
