Shannon did not automatically come in and install the new parts that were ordered for my ice maker. He did more trouble shooting and found that the ice maker unit was not level, therefore not making fully formed ice cubes at the one end and possibly overflowing on the other end. He decided to level the unit. He was absolutely right. I now have fully formed ice cubes and it appears problem solved, costing me less money. A special "THANKS TO SHANNON G.
