Had what turned out to be an unusual and difficult to diagnose issue with our dishwasher - Dylan expertly diagnosed the problem and explained it very clearly. Some parts had to be ordered necessitating a follow up visit. Both appointments were right on time and repairs were diagnosed and made very quickly and cleanly - the work area was left cleaner than he found it. Thanks so much Dylan!!
