Jeryl W was very helpful in explaining pros and cons of the different dryers I was considering. His "follow-up" also helped to seal the deal...I appreciated his phone call and was relieved to know he would be there when I made my final decision. Ranell & Ralph were very mindful of looking for the best and most efficient option when it came to installing our new dryer...all venting had to be replaced (which I knew from talking with Jeryl) but it was not an easy task due to previous hookup. They searched and discussed until finding the best option. My experience from start to finish gets 5 stars.
