The sales people at the Brownstown and Ephrata locations were knowlegable and answered my questions. The estimated delivery time was as noted. The delivery people were courteous and very careful removing the old and installing the new. They were quick to notice damage to the new item and offered a new item or cash adjustment. They also gave clear instructions on the new items.
