Everything about this experience with Martin Appliance was wonderful. I bought a clothes dryer and extended warranty from Martin Appliance in Ephrata. Two years into ownership, the dryer door broke. The Martin receptionist was able to verify my extended warranty and set up a repair appointment quickly. Dylan was my repairman and provided great service. He showed up on time, was very professional and fixed the problem. I'm so glad I purchased through Martin's and would not hesitate to do so again and get the extended warranty.
