I needed some cardboard and called one of the stores and they told me to call the next week on a certain day and they would have some saved for me. When I called they said it gets picked up each day and they didn't have any for me. They said I should try the Brownstown store. While it was out of my way I really needed the cardboard, so I called and they said that "Yes, they had some I could have." I went right away and Randy Rosa was very courteous and pleasant. Luke Johnson helped him load the cardboard and Randy went the extra mile and tied some of it down for me. He was very nice and made it worth the extra time and distance for me. I left feeling good.
