Washing Maching quit pumping water from tub

Before Eric arrived he gave us a call telling us he was on his way.. He came to our door, and immediately went to the crippled washing maching
(paykel) he lifted maching and turned the water pump, dislodging an old hairpin. We decided to leave the pump attached a replace later if needed. Simple repair for him. He was very courteous
