Eric arrived at my house right on time. He was quite courteous, knowledgeable, and brought with him all that was needed to fix my gas range.
He had a special mat that he slid under the stove, so that the stove wouldn't scratch the hardwood floor when it was pulled out to work on.
He also brought a well-padded movers quilt to protect the range door when it was removed.
The two issues that I was having with my range (not purchased from Martin's) are now fixed.
I am quite impressed with the professionalism that is so hard to find anymore.
