A Friendly Cab

Wish I could give 0 stars!!

I used to be a regular with Friendly. More times then I can count, I had to wait more then 30 mins for a pick up that I scheduled over an hour in advance. Not only that but I was the one who had to call and find out where my taxi was after waiting for my scheduled pickup only to find that they were "on their way", and they wouldn't even show up for another 30 minutes! The last time I ever used them, they made me late for work (it wasn't the first time either). I had called as usual, over an hour in advance. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and called to find out where they were . . . Supposedly . . . On the way. I wait another 10 mins, call them again. Find out that whoever was dispatching sent Apex to come get me and they were "on their way". I wait another 15 mins and call them AGAIN!!!! Dispatch stated the driver (Apex) should be almost there. I told the guy that I am now late for work and that I had scheduled well in advance for this to not happen. He said he would call the driver and then call me back . . . He never did!!! I call him AGAIN after ANOTHER 10 mins and asked if someone was coming, if not I needed to call another company. I didn't even get a straight answer. So I called Sun Taxi and thankfully Ken w/ ST was just down the road and didn't have any scheduled pick ups. He was there in less than 5 minutes. I called Friendly back and told him to cancel because I got a ride with Sun Taxi. The guy told me that Apex told him I was in the car. Seriously, why would I be calling you to cancel if I was in the $@!#% car. Take responsibility for your own pick ups and if you have scheduled pick ups, those should come first!!
