I am on the homeowners' association committee and we have about 78 homes in our association. There is an 800 foot brick wall in our community, and nearly a half mile of fencing with brick columns about every 20 feet. And all of our mailboxes are made out of brick. So, when we need brick work done, we need a lot of work done. We chose Brick Doctor to do the work for us. Their salesman, Robbie, did a wonderful job of presentation. He worked very hard to provide us a detailed estimate. He went out and he walked the fence line and the wall and he was able to get a realistic assessment of what needed to be done. He was also professional enough to provide us contact information for his chief competitor. While the work was not inexpensive, it was priced very much within the market price in this area. He spent a lot of time surveying and he gave us a great proposal. And we all really trusted him. So we contracted with them to do the work. Their employees did a great job for us. They were very hard-working and professional. They also communicated well with the other residents of the community. While there are only three of us on the Board, there are 78 homes here and people were naturally curious about the work. Jim, the crew chief, was wonderful in the manner in which he dealt with his crew, and with the residents here. They replaced a lot of the crowns on the fence columns, and they repaired other cracks, re-caulked where needed and replaced bricks when necessary. They also worked on mailboxes and did other work for several residents here, including me. We were all extremely happy with Brick Doctor, and we plan on them coming back out and doing another big project for us within the next few years. We highly recommend them to everyone! They are honest, trustworthy and professional people!
