Brick Doctor deserves a glowing review. Six stars. They are the best. Excellent work at a very fair price. I had a leaking kitchen window that nobody could fix. Finally, someone suggested it might be the mortar on my thirty-year-old house. So I got bids from four companies. One whole side of my large house had to be tuckpointed, a very tedious job. Brick Doctor wasn't the cheapest but I was impressed by the people who came out to do the bid. Their knowledge and experience convinced me to go with them. One of the other bids was higher and the other two were lower. But I'm glad I chose Brick Doctor. They had an experienced, long-time employee who was phenomenal in explaining everything. He explained how the job was going to be done, what I could expect, and what I shouldn't expect. They couldn't guarantee anything against leaks when they were done. The job took about a day and a half and my window has been dry as a bone ever since. I recommend Brick Doctor for anything. They are the most experienced, most professional people I have worked with in a while and I'm a picky customer. When I'm paying several thousand dollars for a job, I watch what I'm paying for.
