Made a deposit over two months ago for repointing our exterior brick siding. We had obtained estimates several months before and held out to put aside additional money as Brick Dr was the highest bid but the company I felt most comfortable with. We were told and understood there would be a delay I’ve 4-6 weeks due to backlog and at the six week mark emailed for an update and possible date or information. Liesl Burks replied, simply stating that they were behind even their latest anticipated dates and our project manager would get in touch with us. As of today (about midway into the tenth week) NOTHING. And attempts to call only get a voicemail and never a live person. So we made a deposit at their request and patiently waited through the optimal weather to pass by only to not even receive the professional courtesy of communication. I shouldn’t have to badger people to earn my money. They might do good work but their organization, professional acumen and communication are less than one star. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Spend your money on someone who shows up, or at least calls you.
