This was the first time I used Brick Doctor. They came out to my home and took out some bricks in an area where the wood had rotted, and then replaced them. They also replaced some crumbled bricks in my chimney and put in a cement cap. They were very nice and polite people, who showed up on time, and worked around my schedule. They were so nice that they also put in some cement in areas of my chimney just because I needed it, and did not charge me extra for it. I think that was just going above and beyond for me, and I really appreciated Brick Doctor for doing that!
