I am very impressed, and pleased with Brick Doctor. I live in Texas, and the heat, and the changes in temperature can cause bricks to crack, in addition to the ground shifting between wet and dry seasons and causing similar problems. This is what happened to me. Multiple bricks on the sunny side of the house had cracked and therefore, I had to have some work done, The gentleman who came out to look things over, and give me an estimate, was very professional and informative and explained these types of problems to me, so that I could make an informed choice about how to proceed.

Not only did I retain Brick Doctor to replace the damaged bricks, but as the man explained to me, the original bricklayers had failed to put a seam on one side of the house, so that as the ground floated up and down, and the foundation in response, there would be a way to relieve some of the stress. If the bricks could move some, then there would be less likelihood of them cracking. I am so glad that he recommended this to me, because I think I have saved myself from a lot of future problems.

I was totally impressed by the professionalism of Brick Doctor's employees, from the salesman, to the craftsmen who came out to do the work, and all the way through to the office people with whom I dealt. They emailed me an estimate, and gave me the available options and related price for each option. I chose to go ahead and get the caulking seam put in, and the final price was exactly the same as the quoted price. I would definitely use Brick Doctor again if the need ever arises.
