This was the first time using Brick Doctor. They did a remarkable job! If I ever need brickwork done again, I will be calling them to do it. My house is 45 years' old, and I had to raise it because it was settling. The bricks cracked, so they had to take them off, clean them up and put them back up. It's been a year, and I've had no problems. It looks really good too. I would absolutely continue to use their service. What lead me to calling them was I saw them working on the house across the street. I saw the quality of work. I watched everyday. And so I got their card and called them. I've tried doing masonry, and it's not easy to do. You cannot match their quality. I would tell a potential customer of theirs everything I've just said. Not only was scheduling easy to do, but they were easy to work with as well. I had no problems. I contacted them, they looked at job and then came out when they were supposed to. They were very careful in doing things right. They were polite and courteous all the time. I would not only recommend Brick Doctor to my friends and family, I would recommend them to strangers and even other countries!
